Neerav Shah joins SnapLogic from Lithium, where he was Sales Director UK, Northern Europe & Africa

SnapLogic, Inc. retained Erevena to help them identify a new VP Sales for EMEA. They had achieved some early success in the region but needed an experienced sales leader to help them take the European business to the next level. In this person, we were looking for proven enterprise credentials, an excellent track-record of success, and the ability to build a world-class sales organisation from a very early base.  

Neerav joins from Lithium Technologies Inc, where he spent 8 years building the UK and Northern European business from the ground-up. He joined Lithium as sales hire number one in the region and was quickly promoted into a leadership role due to his consistent over-performance.

In his earlier career, Neerav was a Technical Architect at IBM Tivoli and also enjoyed an 18-month stint in New York City, as a Management Consultant at KPMG, after which he was in enterprise sales at Motive (now part of Nokia Networks) for nine and a half years.

Joe was the consummate professional throughout the process and his guidance, based on my specific requirements, was invaluable. This allowed all parties to get to the right solution.
